HOW TO USE THE SMALL SHIP CRUISES WEBSITE TO SELL

You can use the SmallShipCruises.com website to benefit your sales in many ways.
Do take full advantage of the site to meet your needs and the needs of your clients.

  • You can put our Small Ship Cruises Specialist Logo on your website or on stationary and brochures.
  • Tell your clients that you have access to new small ships by having joined Small Ship Cruises and invite them to browse the site for ideas of cruises they might like to take.
  • You can subscribe to our cruise newsletter to have the latest news, deals & discounts sent directly to your email box.
  • You can use the main area of SmallShipCruises.com to search for cruise options by special interest and type of cruise or by destination. Then read the ship and cruise descriptions to determine which vessels suit the needs of your client best.
  • If a client is interested in a particular destination, you can copy and send a description or photo or travel report to them.
  • You can use the direct links to cruise company websites to order brochures and videos for clients and for your office.
  • You can use links to get on email lists for specials, or download deck plans and other information to have in your office.
  • You can learn about new ships on the site in the News, Deals & Discounts section to tell your clients about.
  • In the members-only section we will have updates on commission rates, telephone and fax numbers and other contact  information.
  • If you have destinations that are especially popular with your clients, use the Search by Destination section to see all the various vessels that go there. You may find some new ones to tell your clients about.
  • For groups, use our specialty sections such as dive boats, wheelchair-accessible cruises, singles cruises and check our section on theme cruises for wine cruises, garden cruises, nature and wildlife cruises and other themes.
  • Use the links to cruise company websites to check on deck plans, cabin categories, and other booking information.
  • Be sure when you call cruise lines for availability and fares that you tell them you are with Small Ship Cruises so that you will get any special benefits offered. (All cruise companies have not offered special benefits, but we are continuing to request preferred supplier benefits from each new cruise company that we contact.)
  • As a member of this members-only section you have permission to send copies of our Cruise Reports to your clients. We have been on many of these vessels and the first-hand reports can be helpful to your client understanding the rise better.
